BONING ROOM MIX is a premium quality, near neutral detergent designed for use in food processing operations. It is suited to cleaning in all types of food industries including; meat and poultry, dairy manufacture, fruit and vegetables and any other processing operations where manual cleaning is performed and quality is desired.
BONING ROOM MIX utilises a propriety blend of surfactants as its main base. These surfactants effectively provide wetting to the surfaces. The propriety formulation is especially effective on cold friable fats often encountered in boning operations where chilled conditions during processing change the structure and render ordinary detergents ineffective.

Instructions for Use

BONING ROOM MIX may be applied to soiled surfaces using the methods generally used in cleaning operations including; foam, manual cleaning, soaking or pressure washers. The recommended dilution rate for mechanical cleaning operations is 1 part in 80 parts water. Initial dilution of Boning Room Mix concentrate will depend on the type of equipment being used. For manual cleaning applications use Boning Room Mix at a dilution rate of 1 part in 60 parts water.
Boning Room Mix may also be used to boost the foam of low foaming products.
